The Maintenext management team has been providing a variety of customized service programs for facility owners and managers for over 40 years. Diversity in ownership, personnel and our range of services is the key to our success. Maintenext is a 50% African-American, 50% Caucasian, 100% certified female-owned company with corporate offices in Nashville, Tennessee.

Our standardized methods, equipment, and environmentally safe chemicals allow us to consistently achieve optimal results. In addition, our safety and risk management programs help make each of our customers’ facilities a safer place by thoroughly training our staff on the correct use of chemicals, procedures and equipment.
