Q: Do you specialize in commercial or residential?
A: We do both commercial & residential pest control and landscape maintenance services. All other services are for commercial customers only.

Q: How much do your services cost?
A: All of our services are competitively priced. However, because there are many factors that affect the final service rate, there are no flat standard service rates. There is never any charge for a quotation. We will be happy prepare one for you that best fits your needs.

Q: Are there discounts available?
A: Yes. The more services contracted through Maintenext, the greater the savings.

Q: How long are the service contracts?
A: We can use our standard Service Agreement or yours. Standard Maintenext Service Agreements generally run 1 to 3 years, automatically renewing on a month-to-month basis thereafter. Although some stipulations may apply, we have a 30-day cancellation clause that can be enacted by either party at anytime with written notice.

Q: What stipulations may apply?
A: The account must have a zero balance and any depreciation remaining on equipment purchased or supplied specifically to perform the contract services must be reconciled..

Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Maintenext invoices at the beginning of the month for all commercial contract services to be performed during the month. Non-contract and residential services are generally invoiced upon completion of the service. Standard Maintenext payment terms are net 30 days from the date of the invoice.

Q: What are payment methods?
A: Maintenext accepts checks and electronic transfers. Currently we do not accept credit cards.

Q: What are the employment opportunities with Maintenext?
A: Because of growth and other factors, we are almost always in need of qualified and experienced personnel. Contact the Maintenext office for an application and a list of openings.
